Refunds & Returns Policy
Due to the nature in which we source and procure Hermès bags and Luxury Watches and other similar secondary market items, all sales are final and are non refundable and non exchangeable. By securing an order via our social media channels, making a payment or deposit, "you" the client has committed and agreed to purchase the item, therefore no cancellations or refunds will be made after this step.

We trust that clients ask all the needed information before placing an order. This should include details such as colour references, measurements, production years and prices. Detailed pictures and product description is provided to the client at all times. Items cannot be returned if the item colour or size did not meet the client expectation.
Procura London may, at its discretion, consider requests for refunds or exchanges for other pieces on a case-by-case basis, where items have been purchased directly in stores and falls in line with their own Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy. However, such requests are subject to review and may be declined if they fall outside the designated return window or procedure. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges for items not meeting the specified conditions. We assure our valued clients that all products sourced by Procura London are authentic, hold high standards of quality and are procured through our trusted network. We prohibit the sale of counterfeit goods.
